Stafford is an accomplished IT professional with more than 20 years of technical and managerial experience designing, delivering and optimising networking, collaboration and security solutions.

Upon completion of his BSc degree in Electronic Communication Engineering, he gained employment as a Broadband Network Engineer at Jersey Telecom, leading to becoming a Consultant in JT's Global Enterprise division in a client facing role where he spent the next 18 years of his career. 

This role gave him responsibility for design and technical evaluation of solutions, where he worked closely with JT's Product Development, Transition and Operational teams to ensure smooth adoption of new products and services. 

Stafford progressed to leading the team as Head of the LAN & WAN Services team, mentoring team members, ensuring consistency in output and commercial aspects of the technical solutions that were designed and delivered and he gained experience in areas of Business Strategy, Commercial Analysis, Business Transformation.  Stafford then joined C5 to develop their Network and Security Practice. This exposure to the Systems Integration environment gave him the springboard he needed to launch into Enso Solutions.

Stafford is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and seeks to always maintain a close working relationship with his clients.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Stafford is passionate about spending time with family, fitness and competitive shooting.
